Al Noshirvani - President and CEO
Al Noshirvani brings extensive experience in enterprise wide project management and systems deployment. Al was most recently Vice President of Business Development for AINS, Inc. a systems development and IT services company in Rockville, MD. Al helped the company to build a multi-product commercial software development division with over 1200 customers in 17 countries. His clients included several Fortune 500 organizations. In addition, he helped to enhance AINS' service offerings at several Federal agencies including USAID and USDA. Prior to AINS, Al was the lead project manager for MicroSignal Corporation a publicly held medical image enhancement software company. He serves as a member of the Board of Directors for Pakenham Inc. Al lives with his wife Leyli in Potomac, MD.

Vic Brown
Vic Brown is a native Washingtonian who brings over 25 years of business acumen to SI. Vic has completed the courses to become certified
as a commercial real estate broker and has been a Senior Lending Officer and mortgage banker for the past 16 years, helping to make the companies he has been associated with leaders in the Washington marketplace. His business contacts as well as vast experience in loan originations, mortgage credit evaluations and accounting have helped SI to establish
its business consulting practice.He and his wife Donna live in Germantown,MD

Arthur Corazzini
Dr. Corazzini holds a PhD in economics from Princeton University. Dr. Corazzini served as a senior economist in the Executive Office of the President and also as Director of the Program Analysis Division of the General Accounting Office. He is the author of a number of housing policy studies and served as the director of a very large policy study of Housing Finance and Secondary Mortgage Markets sponsored by seven of the largest home builders in the United States.Dr. Corazzini and his wife Karen live in Bethesda, MD.
